Baking soda is one of those items you pick up at the grocery store and don’t give much more thought to once it’s sitting in your cupboard or fridge.

  • Hygiene

Make a paste (3 parts baking soda and 1 part water)
Use it to wash your hair. Brush your teeth using the paste and Toothbrush.
Mix one teaspoon of baking soda with a glass of water and use it as a mouth wash.
Use a teaspoon of baking soda to scrub your hands.
Dissolve half a cup of baking soda in a bucket of warm water.
Soak your feet in this solution for 15 to 30 minutes.
Mix one cup of water with one tablespoon of baking soda and spray it directly to the skin to Relieve sun burns and itchy skin

  • Cleaning

Clean floors and furniture by mixing 1/2 cup baking soda in a bucket of warm water.
Keep your shoe and cloths fresh by sprinkling and keeping a box open near these items.
Remove odours and deodorise carpets, trashcans, bags, vehicles
Wash your vegetables and fruits

Neutralize stomach acid with 1-2 teaspoons in a full glass of water.
Prevent Cold/Flu by helping to maintain the pH balance in your bloodstream
  • Day 1 Take six doses of ½ teaspoon of baking soda in glass of cool water, at about two-hour intervals
  • Day 2 Take four doses of ½ teaspoon of baking soda in glass of cool water, at the same intervals
  • Day 3 Take two doses of ½ teaspoon of baking soda in glass of cool water morning and evening, and thereafter ½ teaspoon in glass of cool water each morning until cold symptoms are gone.
