Fire Starting Kit

Although in an urban scenario, i will not be chopping down a tree to make fire, this is something i bring with me on camping or outdoor trips

This is my DIY fire Starting kit, it is to start the fire and not for gathering wood or making wood shavings.

so it does not contain a knife or saw or even an axe

So my basis is

1. Ignition Source
2. Tinder
3. Container

All the items are contained in a RED (Signify Fire) SOS Aluminium Box

• 1pc BIC Lighter
• Torch Lighter (with Small Flashlight)
• Safety Matches (PHIMCO Commando Water Resistant)
• Magnesium Flint Stone Fire starter
• Cotton ball Fire starter (Cotton Dipped in Petroleum Jelly)
• 10ml Lighter Fluid
• Credit card type Magnifying Glass
• 1pc Candle
• 1pc Candle Wick
• 1pc Fire Blowing Rod
• Small Pack of Dryer Lint

Although there are a few items i would like to have that are just too difficult to source in Manila or requires some DIY stuff

• Fat Wood
• Char Cloth
• Wood Shavings
• Magnesium Shavings
• Fire fuses
