Make sure you always have 2 litres of Water. Thats 4 servings of 500ml. Raisins and Crackers for snacks when you get hungry

Day 1: Oatmeal and Jam and Tea / Pasta and Canned Tuna with Canned Mushroom and Juice Drink / Cream of Chicken and Corn kernels and Iced Tea

Day 2: Pancake and Honey and peanut butter and chocolate / Instant noodles and corned beef and cream of mushroom and iced Tea / Meat loaf and Chick peas and Juice Drink

Day 3: Cereals and Honey and powdered Milk and Coffee / White rice and chicken breast chunks and green peas / Pork and Beans and flavoured Juice Drink
