DIY Survival Menu 1 (Food Survival Kit)

Since there is not much survival food in the market or its too expensive, i have opted on making my own DIY Survival Menu


For Food:
This is a recommendation for an adult person with moderate activity. 
For women, it should be around 2000 and for men 2500-2800 calories (kcal) each day.

For water: 
You should have at least four litres ( 4 Litres) of water per person per day - for drinking, food preparation, personal hygiene and dishwashing.
It is recommended a person will drink about 2 litres a day. 
The 8x8 Rule. 8 glasses of 8 Ounces (8 glasses of ~250ml)



Ok so here is the my List, in future posts, i will be creating Custom Menu for Each Day.
My selection is based on availability in the Philippines, Food my family Eats regularly and a minimum shelf life of 2 Years.
